Stayed for 3 nights in July 2025. Location is right across the street from the Wellesley station so you can take the metro anywhere from there. Self check in was pretty easy and straight forward. Communication was all through email and SMS. Front door to the house was via door code and there was a room key. The room was pretty basic but that's all I needed, a place to sleep, just a bed, hanger, TV, bathroom, and air conditioning in the warm summer.

The description does not correspond to reality: no patio, little comfort, the air conditioning worked poorly and was dirty, the hotel was poorly soundproofed and expensive for the services it provided. I am disappointed.

Nice budget hotel with an excellent property manager. The place is right across from the train station ans you are in the heart of downtown Toronto.
